5 Boro Ride 2013

I’ve tried to see Wilco 3 times in the last 6 years and every time something has stopped me. June 19th I’m going to try again in Bridgeport.

NYC 5 Boro Tour starts bright and early tomorrow. 40 miles through beautiful New York City. Can’t freakin wait!

Barefoot running shoes are great, even if they do earn me weird looks in the gym.  They’re what got me back into running.  Because they make me pay more attention to my running form, I haven’t injured my knees since I started.
